Julia Reibelt

Julia Reibelt is a nonprofit executive and seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the for-profit sector. Previously a project leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), she led teams to support leaders across various sectors on key strategic issues including organizational transformation, growth strategy, corporate development, and sustainability initiatives. As a member of the firm's "CEO Advisory" group, Julia also supported C-suite executives 1:1 in developing strategies and becoming more effective leaders, a skillset she now passionately applies to the nonprofit world. Julia holds an MBA from Columbia Business School where she was a Three Cairns fellow.

As the result of her own journey of healing trauma with psychedelic medicine, Julia has dedicated herself to applying her strategic problem-solving skillset to scale safe and legal access to these breakthrough treatments. In her role as Director at Evolve Foundation, Julia works closely with various non-profits in the psychedelics space to help them amplify their impact. At Healing Breakthrough, Julia is in charge of strategy development and execution, supporting a cause that is dear to her heart having overcome PTSD herself. Julia is hopeful that the adoption of MDMA-Assisted Therapy by the VA will ultimately catalyze widespread access to this treatment for all PTSD patients, especially those who suffer from the consequences of sexual assault.
